It was Thanksgiving morning and I was making my usual batch of brownies for the Thanksgiving party my family and I were going to. I decided to do something a little different. I had a few plastic plants with leaves small enough to at like stencils. I quickly placed them under a stack of books to flatten them out. An hour later my brownies were cool and my stencils were ready. I cut the brownies into squares and placed them on a plastic tray for display. I placed one leaf face down onto each brownie square. I then filled a small sift with powdered sugar and began to dust each one until they were covered white. When I removed the leaves, I had beautiful autumn brownies!
