Honey Glazed Brussel Sprouts


I decided to start the new year off with one of my favorite recipes: honey glazed brussel sprouts. You will need the following ingredients:

  • 20 brussel sprouts
  • 4-5 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

First, I like to cut the brussel sprouts in half.

Once they are cut, place them into a large frying pan and add two tablespoons of olive oil.

Turn the stove onto high heat and add salt, pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes and rosemary. The red pepper flakes give it a nice kick and the rosemary makes it smell delicious.

I like to turn all the brussel sprouts faced down to the heat so they become nice and crispy. Every minute or so I will give them a stir.

After about 10-15 minutes they should become tender. Remove the brussel sprouts from the heat and place into a bowl. Gently drizzle the tops of the brussel sprouts with honey. Give it a nice stir to make sure each one is coated.
