- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 rolls refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese at room temperature
Remove one and a half rolls of cookie dough from the package, break up the dough and press it evenly in the bottom of an un-greased pan to form the bottom crust.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie dough. Then crumble and sprinkle remaining 1/2 roll of dough over cream cheese mixture so that you can see the cheesecake mixture between the dough.
Bake it for 35 -40 minutes or until golden brown. Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before you cut them into bars.
