I love parmesan cheese. I could probably eat a block of it and be very happy. If you love parmesan cheese, this dish is for you. It is relatively simple. My mom and grandmother have been making this dish for years.
You need the following ingredients:
- 4-6 thin raw chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
Take one egg and beat it with 2 tbsp of milk. Dip the chicken breast in the egg mixture and then dip in the shredded parmesan cheese.
Place the pieces of chicken in a pan and place in the oven on 400 degrees for 40 minutes. You must flip the chicken half way through so both sides brown. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary.
Serve with grilled asparagus. Easy dinner.
