I saw this idea on http://www.Pillsbury.com and figured that because tomorrow is Valentine’s Day I should make something yummy for my office. I have this thing about Valentine’s Day that I feel everyone should have something sweet. Whether or not you are married, single, divorced, etc. everyday should be Valentine’s Day because there is someone out there who loves you. I sent some of my friends goodies tomorrow so they will have a nice surprise when they get home from work. Hopefully they will feel very special!
You will need:
- peanut butter and chocolate chips
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
- 2 rolls chocolate chip cookie dough
- 3 tbsp pb2
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 cups mini pretzels
I took two rolls of the cookie dough and mixed in the pb2 and cocoa powder. I crushed up some pretzels into it as well.
Press half the dough into the bottom of a tin pan. Then add a layer of pretzels. Cover with the remaining dough.
Place in the oven on 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until almost cooked through.
Remove it from the oven and add marshmallows, pretzels and chocolate and peanut butter chips to the top.
Place back in the oven until the tops of the marshmallows get golden. Let it cool for a few hours before cutting them into bars.
