Omega-Packed Egg White Muffins

These little egg white muffins are packed with omega-3s. Walnuts, hemp seeds, chia seeds and flax seeds will give you your daily dose!! You will need the following:

  • liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp hemp seeds for each muffin
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds for each muffin
  • 1/2 tsp ground flax seeds for each muffin
  • crushed walnuts
  • 2 tbsp honey

Spray the muffin pan with coconut oil spray. Then pour in the egg whites (almost to the top). Then add the variety of seeds and give it a stir with a spoon.

Place it in the oven on 350 for 10-15 minutes.

Serve with honey and crushed walnuts. I eat it for breakfast or for dessert. Either way it’s a healthy dose of protein and nutrients. They are nutty and satisfying and after eating two of them I was very full. The chia seeds expand in your stomach and make you feel full for hours. It’s amazing.
