This is a very healthy, yet easy recipe.
For the sea bass, you will want to lightly coat it in olive oil, sea salt and thyme. Place in the oven for 20 minutes on 350.
For the rest of the recipe you will need:
- canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 can gigante beans of butter beans
- 20-25 small tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 5 garlic cloves
Slice the tomatoes and garlic. Add to a pan and turn on high. Add the crushed tomatoes and broth. Let it simmer.
Add the gigante beans at the end and fold them in gently.
Spoon the bean and tomato mixture into bowl and top with sea bass.
