Berries & Cream Protein Oats

See my post on Chia Steel Cut Oatmeal  to prepare the oats.

You will need:

  • 1 cup oatmeal (prepared as above)
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1 tbsp natural strawberry preserves
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • strawberries

Once it is prepared, take a cup of the oatmeal and mix it with 1 tbsp natural strawberry preserves and some diced strawberries. Top it with plain Greek yogurt mixed with a half a scoop of vanilla protein powder. Feel free to add a few more strawberries to the top. It tastes like summer on this cold winter day. Enjoy it!!
