Salmon Salad in Bell Pepper Scoops

This was a quick and easy lunch to prepare. I’s grain free and very satisfying .

You will need:

  • 1 can wild alaskan salmon
  • 2-3 tbsp spicy mustard
  • 1 bell pepper
  • sliced almonds
  • ground flax seeds

Take the can of salmon and mix it well with the flax and mustard. Then slice the bell pepper into quarters. Spoon the Salmon mixture into the pepper cups and top with almonds.
