Cookies & Cream Banana Ice Cream

Ok, so we all know that ice cream tastes amazing. It’s unfortunate that it comes with all those calories and unwanted fat. There is a solution to this problem! It involves a Nutri Bullet and frozen bananas! I think I am in love with this. I have seen many posts on pinterest with similar recipes. I tweaked it and added my own touch.

You will need:

  • 2 crushed oreos
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tbsp pb2
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

You want to freeze two chopped bananas for a few hours. Then place them in your nutria bullet along with 3 tbsp almond milk, vanilla and PB2. Blend away!!!!

Pour into a bowl and top with crushed oreos! Best dessert ever!! Bye bye dairy ice cream.

I made a big batch of it, so I spooned the ice cream into individual cups and placed back into the freezer. 1/2 a serving is only around 120 calories, so there is no need to feel guilty about this dessert =)

Looks decadent! I’ve posted a recipe similar to this, but for coffee ice cream. I’d love it if you checked it out! 🙂
