This recipe is similar to my post on Banana Pancakes. This one just has more spice. I prefer not to have the same breakfast every morning, so pancakes work well since you can change the flavors from time to time.
You will need:
- 2 egg whites
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tbsp ground cloves
For the Topping:
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt ( I used dairy free)
- almond milk (to smooth out the greek yogurt)
- 1/4 tbsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tbsp ground cloves
Mash the banana and mix with the egg whites, baking powder and spices. Prepare as a normal pancake. For the topping, mix the greek yogurt with the spices and a small amount of almond milk to thin out the mixture. Enjoy!!
