This is a healthy side dish that will go well with any protein. It’s super easy and packs a ton of taste.
You will need:
- 2 bunches of asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pat butter
- 1 lemon juiced
- 15-20 thyme sprigs
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
Remove the end of each asparagus and place the asparagus in a frying pan with the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, 15 thyme sprigs, salt and pepper.
Cook the asparagus on medium heat, tossing it intermittently.
Serve with lemon slices and more thyme.
