This is an easy quick snack. You can also add turkey or chicken to it if you are making it your lunch. Vegetables are so versatile. I also make this recipe with collared green leaves or zucchini strips. It eliminates the need for bread to hold the filling together.
You will need:
- 1/2 apple
- large pieces of lettuce (or collared green leaves)
- 1 tsp honey
Chop the apple and place onto the piece of lettuce with the sprouts and drizzle of honey. Wrap it up and eat!!
