My new obsessions are the Health Warrior Chia Bars. They are only 100 calories and are full of flavor and omega-3s. I ate the chocolate peanut butter chia bar and added crunchy almond Barney Butter to the top. This is a serious energy snack. It is guaranteed to keep you full and focused. I usually have this around 10am or 3pm between meals. It’s even good as a dessert.
