Breakfast Berries

I am often on the run and trying to catch a train, so I either make breakfast the night before or make something extremely fast in the morning. Fresh berries and mint are my favorite. I also love fruit with rosemary. Instead of having plain fruit, I sprinkled some chia seeds, hemp seeds and buck wheat onto the top. A little protein and fiber never hurt anyone.
