Cranberry Walnut Quinoa

You will need:

  • 2 cups quinoa
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Take the 2 cups quinoa and add 4 cups water to a pot. Boil the water and let the quinoa cook until the water is gone and the quinoa is soft.

Remove the quinoa from the pot and add the olive oil, salt, pepper,  cranberries and walnuts.
