In preparation for my trip to Florida, I made a tropical breakfast. I used my favorite citrus fruits along with bananas and then added gojii berries and almonds on top. The acidity of the grapefruits and oranges mixes well with the creaminess of the banana and the added almonds give it a nice crunch.
You will need:
- 1 peeled and sliced grapefruit
- 1 peeled and sliced orange
- 1 sliced banana
- Dried goji berries
- Sliced almonds
Take both the grapefruit and orange and peel them. Then slice them into pieces like the photo below. Slice the banana and add on top of the citrus fruits. Sprinkle with gojii berries and almonds.
