Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

Craving sweets? This is perfect for people who are busy, which probably applies to you. This cake takes only 2 minutes in the microwave and is low in calories. It still tastes like you are eating the full fat version. It is also gluten free and dairy free.

For the cake:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Pour into a mug and microwave for two minutes.

For icing:

  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
