I love funfetti cake, so this was a great way to incorporate that into my breakfast! This kept me full and happy all morning.
You will need:
- 1 cup Steel Cut Oats made with almond milk (see my recipe on Steel Cut Chia Oats)
- A sprinkle of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp imitation butter spray
- 1 tbsp dairy free french vanilla creamer
- 2 tbsp colored sprinkles
Once the oats are cooked add the creamer, butter spray and brown sugar. Fold in the sprinkles last. It really tastes like cake batter!
