Feel like you need a vacation? These oats will take you right to the tropics! I will not be taking a vacation any time soon, but at least I can pretend. These tropical oats are filled with coconut and pineapple flavors and are delicious. They are topped with a Health Warrior Chia Bar, which is only 100 calories and filled with omegas. It gives the oats a nice crunch.
You will need:
- Steel Cut oats prepared according to my recipe
- Chopped pineapple
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- Coconut Chia Bar (Health Warrior)
- Chia seeds
Mix the cooked oatmeal with 1/4 cup coconut flakes. Top with chopped pineapple, chia seeds, the remaining coconut flakes and a chopped coconut chia bar.
