Smoked Salmon Cucumber Bites

This is the perfect light snack. You will need: 1 cucumber (sliced) 1 oz. smoked salmon 2 wedges laughing cow cheese Dill Capers Cut the cucumbers into slices. Spread a small amount of the cheese over the surface of each slice. Top with a small square of smoked salmon. Finish with capers and dill.
